是不是有池才算人生大赢家？方先生90吨的新池，由于紧邻河道，开挖深度为2～6米，局部开挖至3.5米。小区重型挖机虽然可进来，但原来的大池把唯一可以进入花园的道路给封堵了，于是采用人工开挖。
分段制作外砖模，边挖边砌边堵漏，砖墙以每天3米的速度推进，对周长30米左右的大池来说是非常缓慢的，但这样做比较安全。塌方虽常有发生，但面积都不算太大。
靠河道的石岸是数百吨上下大小的大石块垒成的，局部由于水流的钻入形成拳头大小的空洞数十个，如果一有松动，后果难以想象。靠河道的砖墙外模是经过四五天的日夜赶工完成的，砌至1米高时，用塌落度很小的混凝土嵌入95砖和大石块中的夹缝中，这样石块和石块间增加了凝合度，塌落度小的混凝土也不会把砖墙整体外推，空洞也被及时封闭。http://i.koiclub.net/cms/2017/08/29/20170829140354-RJh.jpg
